The multi-family house completed in solid construction at the end of 2019 (the outdoor facilities are currently being built) with our top modern apartment offers you everything you need to feel comfortable from the very first moment. Tanja and I are big fans of designer furniture, so we mainly furnished the apartment with these furniture and pictures to create a modern oasis of wellbeing for you. You will sleep in our comfortable box spring beds under high quality blankets. Beach vacation / golf / bike tour / hiking or just relaxing, we have created the perfect starting point for your unforgettable vacation.From your extra-wide underground parking space, you can comfortably take the elevator directly to the apartment door. The apartment itself captivates with its spacious living and dining area with the modern open kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired. This area is complemented by the covered loggia with its large sliding door. From the living room, as well as from the bedroom, you can directly access the large balcony. So you have the opportunity to follow the sun all day long. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, so parents can use the living area without restrictions even when the children are already asleep. Even if two couples visit us, everyone has their own retreat. The whole thing is rounded off by a separate toilet and bathtub, as well as the floor-level shower. In the kitchen you will only find high quality equipment that you will have a lot of fun with. Towels are available during your stay (one shower towel and one towel per week and person). The beds are of course freshly made. The deposit of 250EUR is due at least one week before the start of the holiday.
