The house has a gallery-like second floor (a so-called Hems), which is accessed by a narrow, steep staircase. Due to the sloping roof and low ceiling heights, it is not a fully-fledged living space, but a little paradise for children: there is a play mat and some children's furniture. The little ones will love having their own little world here under the roof.

Dagebüll is also ideally located for a day trip to Sylt, as you can travel directly from neighbouring Niebüll (approx. 12 km) to Westerland by train in just half an hour. The town of Niebüll also offers a great cultural and leisure programme for young and old with various museums, a year-round indoor swimming pool and a beautiful natural bathing area.
