The holiday apartment built in 1724, was renovated in 2008 and is furnished in a rustic style. Also due to its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest and at the water the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, campfire site and courtyard. Please note: Linen and towels are to be brought along or ordered at the time of booking.
Location
Gollmitz. The holiday apartement is located on a 2000 sqm water plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The half-timbered house is a listed, functioning watermill. There are a total of 5 holiday flats: BRA UCK 001, BRA UCK 002, BRA UCK 003 (3 persons each), BRA UCK 004 (2 persons), BRA UCK 005 (12 persons). The flats have been ecologically renovated with clay walls and hemp insulation. The mill room is both a museum and a common room for parties of up to 50 people. Use of the common room is subject to a charge and must always be requested and agreed in advance. There is also a common room for 24 people with a fireplace and television. With a diameter of six metres, the water wheel is the largest in northern Germany. Mill days with events/concerts in summer A garden sauna with hot tub has been available since autumn 2015. You can also cool off in the stream. The property is surrounded by a fence and the power. A suspension bridge takes you to the bivouac. The house is located on electricity. Parking (for 6 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Naugarten: fishing 20 m and horse riding 3 km. tennis, water sports, boat rental each 10 km in Prenzlau.
