Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock und verfügt über einen Ost- und Südbalkon. Ihre Nachtruhe finden Sie in dem Schlafraum, welcher ein Doppelbett und ein Etagenbett für sie bereit stellt. Im Schlafraum sowie im Wohnraum finden Sie einen Sat-TV vor. Im Wohnraum lädt eine gemütliche Sitzgruppe zum Beisammensein ein. Die Küchenzeile ist rundum ausgestattet: Spülmaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, kl. Backöfelchen, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche, einem WC und einem Fön ausgestattet.
