The 120 square meter house is located in the peaceful village Stahlbrode, between Stralsund and Greifswald, and was completely renovated in 2015 and refurbished. The view of the Strelasund and the Bay of Greifswald, the direct proximity to the water and the harbor will delight you! Thanks to its two bedrooms and the 2 sofa beds in the living area, our holiday home sleeps up to 6 people enough space for a pleasant stay. The amenities of our house leaves no wish unfulfilled. From the fitted kitchen up to the stove, for balmy evenings, up to the barrel sauna everything is available in our house, so you do not miss any comfort during your stay. The furnished sun terrace with barbecue has an impressive size of about 75 square meters and is part of the approximately 600 m² large, fenced plot. It is located on the east gable of the house and is designed so that our guests can enjoy practically almost all day in the sun. From here you have a wonderful view of the harbor and the Strelasund up to Rügen. A parking space is located directly at the house. Immediately next to the house is a barrel sauna (Münzeinwurf), which is reserved exclusively for you. Note: Bed linen and towels must be booked separately through the administration.

On the ground floor you will find an open kitchen with attached dining and living area with fireplace and 2 sofa beds (140x200) and a bathroom with shower and toilet, a bedroom with two single beds (90x200), the cloakroom and of course the hallway. Upstairs there is a small bathroom with toilet, sink and washing machine and another, wonderfully spacious bedroom with king size box spring bed (180x200, separate mattresses) from where you have a particularly beautiful view of the Strelasund. Enjoy from here the passing sailboats or the raging waves. is heated the whole house with a modern gas heating. Thus, even in the winter months, always ensured a pleasant temperature. Bed linen and towels must be booked separately through the administration. In the garden is a barrel sauna (Münzeinwurf) available.
Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
